By joining the Swim Drink Fish Music club and downloading one or more of its associated files, you are agreeing to these terms of use.
The rules are pretty straightforward. We'll give you access to audio files, usually mp3 files, that you can download and use on any personal music-playing device. You may save the files on more than one device. You may keep the files even after your membership expires.
You cannot give the files to your friends, family, strangers, or any other non-members. You cannot make the files available to friends, family, strangers or any other non-members. The artists who have donated to this project have been very generous. The (very reasonably priced) membership fees go to charitable organizations doing good work. So don't give the songs away.
From time to time, we may post audio content that you can stream online but you cannot download. Do not try to hijack this audio. If you really, really want the song, please contact us and we can tell you where to buy it.
When you are using the Music Club, please remember that this is a project for charities, largely founded on the goodwill of volunteers and artists who are trying to make the world a better place. Thanks for being part of the team.
